Ann Cooper, school lunch revolutionary and chef, tells her story — how she is transforming school lunch from plastic wrapped processed food to fresh healthy food. The CDC says that 1 in 3 kids will develop diabetes in their lifetime and most before they are 12. We have a great opportunity to influence what kids eat in through breakfast and lunch programs in school. This video tells her story of changing the Berkeley, California, school food system.
