Amy is a registered dietitian and New York State certified nutritionist. She is the Nutrition Advisor for HappyBaby, the organic baby and toddler food company, and she is the contributing author of “HAPPYBABY: The Organic Guide to Baby’s First 24 Months” (Harper Collins, 2009) by Dr. Robert Sears. She also helps manage a Fortune 100 company's employee wellness program and she sits on the Board of the New York State Dietetic Association. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware, completed her dietetics training at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, and has a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Maryland. She resides in Pleasantville, New York with her husband and two young children.
