French Toast (For 1 adult or 2 kids)

Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 pieces of bread
¼ teaspoon of vanilla
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Butter and maple syrup
Fruit (optional)

Directions:
Mix the eggs in a shallow bowl add the vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Cut the pieces of bread diagonally. Heat up a teaspoon of butter or oil in a large frying pan. Dip the bread one-half slice at a time in the egg mixture. Evenly coat both sides then put it in the pan. By the time you have dipped and put each piece in the pan, the first piece should be ready to flip over. Lightly brown on each side.
Serve with butter and maple syrup. You can also add some sliced banana or some other yummy fresh fruit like berries or mango.
